ARAS Retirement Village advocacy supports and assists residents of retirement villages to voice their concerns to village management or the administering authority.

An advocate can provide information about the resident’s rights, and suggestions about how the matter might be dealt with through an advocacy process.

Support is provided in relation to the resident’s contract, according to the Retirement villages Act 1987 and the Retirement villages Regulations 2006
