We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries
ARAS phone lines are staffed by three staff who will listen and provide information, and a duty Advocate who will be assigned any new cases on the day. Due to an increased volume in enquiries for Advocacy assistance, ARAS Advocate’s initial response time for new cases will be up to 10 working days.
If you are seeking support on how to access aged care services through our Aged Care System Navigator Trial, the initial response time for new cases will be up to 15 working days.

- Building accessibility: The ARAS office is fully wheelchair accessible. The office is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via the ramp at the front of the building (in Swift Avenue) or via the lift in the basement car park which has controls at a convenient height for wheelchair users.
